Hinged door suitable for cold rooms at Different temperatures FROM (0 °C minimum) TO ( -45 °C maximum)

The Hinged doors are mainly used in meat processing plants, cheese factories, warehouses to preserve fruit and vegetables, slaughters, trade centres, shops (delicatessens, fish shops, dairies, ice-cream parlours …), fish processing plants, ice-creams industry.
Suitable for cold rooms used for the preservation of foods at a temperature from – 40° and up to –45°C
Hinged Door Frame
There are 3 types of frames for Hinged-Doors:
- FULL PVC FRAME COSIST OF 3 PICES
- STAINLESS STEEL WITH TUBE
- STAINLESS STEEL FRAME (U-Channel)
Full-PVC frame: frame and side frame (minimum 60mm) in PVC color RAL9010. The frame is Thermo-Welded (45°) up to a panel thickness equal to 160mm, beyond such dimension it’s assembled (90°) by means of Joints Counter-Frame in PVC, RAL9010, Thermo-Welded at 45°.

Leaf covered with plastic-coated metal sheet color RAL9010, thickness 5/10,
ALUMINUM THICK 1.5MM.
Standard dimensions for one LEAF version
- Up to 1200x2500mm: 2 hinges;
- From 1200x2500mm up to 1500x2500mm: 3 hinges (2 upon and 1 below).
Standard dimensions for two LEAFS version
- Up to 3000x2500mm.
Steel Sheet With 0.5 mm Thickness Up To 1 mm RAL9003 Color RAL Can Be Changed Up On Request.
